2026 Season

The U7 season runs from April 7th to June 25th

All Associations are playing in- house with exhibition games against neighbouring associations

Games will be set up by the manager or division manager

Teams will play one or two games per week to be determined by the manager or divisions manager and set up through the commissioner

For the 2026 Season we will be playing a 3 on 3 cross floor format

Following rules from Appendix E option X with 10 players and no goalie

Why do we play 3 on 3

With less players on the floor it allows more opportunities for players to touch the ball and improve their lacrosse skills

Players learn decision-making, technical skills and learn the game more

Lacrosse is Fun and by allowing more touches and opportunities to score gives players more self-esteem when playing Lacrosse
